How can I paste plain text into Tot?

macOS -

go to the menubar at the top of the screen.... Edit > Paste as Plain Text

iOS and iPadOS -

single tab at the area you want to paste the text to invoke the text menu floating bar, scroll across and select "Paste as Plain Text"
