How do I use Guides or Frames on a single monitor?

If you use a dual-monitor setup and wish to restrain your Guides and Frames to one screen, you can do so by opening xScope's preferences by going to xScope -> Preferences. In the General section you will see an option for "Display guides and frames on". From this dropdown menu you can select to display these tools on either the left display, the right display or all displays.
