Having trouble clicking on a smart bullet to toggle it's state from uncompleted to completed?

Tapping to toggle a bullet in a smart list can sometimes be tricky. The tap targets on iOS are only as large as your font settings. 

Adjusting Tot's font size larger will make it easier to tap smart bullets but if you don't want to do that you can also try using emoji instead of symbols for the bullets. Emoji are larger in the view and easier to tap.

Another way is to turn off automatically invoking the keyboard when clicking within the text area. This lets you tap anywhere you want in the main view without invoking the keyboard and makes toggle smart lists much easier. You can still get to the keyboard to edit text by explicitly tapping Tot's keyboard icon at the bottom of the screen.

To turn off automatic keyboard editing go to:

Settings > Behavior > Tap on Text Starts Editing > OFF
