We duck (reduce) audio when playing media - so music and other content like YouTube videos you’re listening to doesn’t stop. Tapestry's sound effects need to follow the same rules - otherwise audio for videos and other media wouldn’t play when your device is set to silent mode.

To turn off Sound Effects, please go to 

Tapestry's Settings > Behavior > Sound Effect and toggle it off.
