Is there any way to email or share what I'm seeing in the Mirror app with other people?

Yes! With version 1.2 of the Mirror app, you can now copy, save, or email the image you're currently mirroring. To do so, bring up the Mirror app's control panel and tap the arrow at the lower lefthand side of the screen. From there, choose what action you wish to perform on the mirrored image.
