You can save any item in the Universal Timeline to read later by marking it. To mark an item, click on the Actions icon (⋯) and select Mark.

All your marked items can be found by tapping on the main timeline menu and selecting Marked Items. 

Marked Items are saved for 30 days from when they are marked and then automatically removed. If you want to save an item permanently, use Share in the action menu (⋯) and either copy the URL or send it to another app.
