Sometimes it's helpful for us to take a closer look at your full database to help pin down potential bugs or problems you may have with Tapestry. If you've spoken to us and we've requested your data, and you are willing to share it with us, here's the steps on how to get it out of Tapestry:
First, you'll need to turn on Debugging Mode if it's not already enabled. To do that, tap Settings > Advanced Settings > Set the “Debugging Mode” switch to On.
Then you'll need to export all the data. To do that, tap Settings > Debug > Export All Data.
Save the resulting file somewhere on your device. Then email us a link to that file. You can use the Files app to find the file, upload it to a file sharing service like Dropbox or iCloud and Share it via email, or whatever way you want.
Once we have the file we'll be able to get a better understanding of what's going on within Tapestry and (hopefully) fix the potential problems.
